General Manager
Alex works hard doing the admin and general yard maintenance. While he doesn't teach, he does a lot behind the scenes to keep the yard running and keep all our horses happy and healthy.
His favourite riding school horses are Woody, Enzo and Hugo.

Miranda Hill
Head instructor/ General Manager
Miranda has been riding from the age of 6 and teaching for over 10 years. She likes to help riders regain lost confidence and watch riders progress and move on to horse share or buy their own horse. Her favourite horses are Toby, Merlin and Otis and cheeky little pony Dylan.

Jade has been riding since she was a 7 before going to an equine college and have been with us as an instructor for just over 2 years and enjoys watching riders progress in their lessons. Her favourite horses in the school are Elsa, Melody and Nero.
Paul

One of our longest standing staff members, Paul has worked at the yard for over 30 years.
He enjoys teaching more advanced technical lessons and motivating riders to excel in their riding. His favourite riding school horses is Jessie.
Christine
Lewis
Instructor
Christine started riding at 17 and started working with horses long term after university where she studied equine management. She has been teaching for just over 10 years and enjoys helping rider who have lost their confidence whether that's after a fall or with learning a new skill. She enjoys making lessons fun and finding new ways and exercises to teach the necessary skills for riding. Her favourite horses are Nero, Jessie, Woody and Enzo.

Ellie has been riding for a couple of years now and actually started her riding journey here with us at Lower Morden before becoming a volunteer. She's now interested in developed her skills are an instructor and we're pleased to welcome her to the team.

Kirsty have been riding for 6 years and started here at Lower Morden as a volunteer since 2018 before the riding school opened. She's now with us as an apprentice, working towards coaching and looks forward to using this qualification to further her career in the equine industry. Her favourites in the school are Melody and Phoebe.
